Turmeric is a medicinal plant form of shrubs that spreads throughout the tropics. The turmeric plant grows branched with a height of 40-100 cm, the tip of the leaf base is sharp, the leaf edge is flat. The outer skin of the rhizome is brownish orange, the flesh of the fruit is yellowish red. Turmeric is for cooking and healthy spices such as anti inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-microbial, cancer prevention, anti-tumor, and lowering blood lipid levels.
